David tell us that unless God builds the house, its laborers
work in vain. (Tehellim/Psalms 127:1) This is not our ministry, or
our work, but God's. We are merely His willing servants. Our
greatest need as we embark upon this mission it prayer. We need
direction, protection, and provisions in order for this vision to
become a reality and change lives. Become our prayer partners
today.
We also need advisors. King Solomon, the most successful
man in human history, tells us multiple times in Mishlei/Proverbs
that wise counsel is necessary for success. I am a Bible teacher.
I'm not an accountant, or a lawyer, or a business man. The more
counsel I can get in these areas, the better the ministry will be
overall. We will be forming an internal board of directors shortly,
but we will need external advisors as well.
The following is a list of physical needs we have, which give you the opportunity to join God in this work and receive the
blessing that comes from it:
- Personal support of $2000/month - In order for this ministry to operate effectively, it requires my full attention.
- Facility - $550,000 - This will need to be our home, ministry center, and bakery, with rooms available for
foster care.
- Commercial kitchen appliances - $10,000
- 12 passenger van - Not only is our mini-van on its way out, but we will need to be able to take "our girls" to doctor
appointments, school, bus, etc.
We are committed to finance nothing, as this would be against Torah principle. We are trusting God for the funds and
means to pay for everything outright.
Like muscles, when faith is exercised, it gets stronger. By investing in the Kingdom of God, the rewards are more
than you and I will ever know in this lifetime. As we help these young moms, we are helping the generations which come
after them, both physically and spiritually. Jump on board today!
We will be sending a newsletter to anyone who is actively supporting us in any way. This newsletter will include
updates on what the ministry is doing, testimonials, a related Torah lesson, pictures, anything like poetry from the girls in
our ministry, current needs of the ministry, and more. We can send this out in e-mail or regular mail. Send me an e-mail at
kevin@kingdomstar.com to let us know what you prefer as well as your thoughts, ideas, or questions concerning the
ministry itself.
